Youtuber and Pokemon lover Filip in Survivor 2023: I eat caterpillars, but never spiders

The toughest show Survivor 2023 will start already on January 25! The contestants will experience what it’s like to live in nature and have nothing to eat. But most of all, they get to know what it’s like to give up comfort. Youtuber Filip Jánoš will also try this.

How does an extravagant YouTuber see himself? And what are his chances of survival in the harshest reality show?

If you were any Pokemon, what would it be and why?

Psyduck, such a yellow and very confused duck. I am also very confused.

How would you describe yourself to viewers who don’t know you that well?

I’m a funny, no-holds-barred internet weirdo who likes big challenges.

What makes Survivor a challenge for you?

It’s a unique opportunity to experience life for yourself, life on an island. I’ve never been so far from home and somewhere where I didn’t even have a proper place to sleep and I didn’t have food. It’s a big challenge.

What are you most afraid of in Survivor?

I’m really looking forward to it, but the closer it gets, the more scared I get. Maybe I’m not too afraid of hunger, but I found out that there won’t be a toilet or I won’t have a place to brush my teeth. You lose your comfort completely.

​What would you never eat?

If I can’t catch fish, I’ll eat caterpillars. I don’t really have a problem with that, but I wouldn’t eat a spider. I am very afraid of them. I hope they avoid me. That’s probably what I’m most afraid of.

You are not afraid of food, but do you prepare for it somehow?

I take it that I have to eat myself. And then I will fatten the body from those supplies.

You have a distinctive image. But maybe your blue hair will lighten…

It’s nothing to do. I do not care. As it will be, so it will be.

​Who will you miss the most?

After a girlfriend. I’ve been on the Farm for two and a half months now and now it’s going to be a while again.

What do you think will attract the audience the most?

Everyone is concerned with how I look – my hair and nails, but I hope I also impress them with how friendly I am.
