Tesla makes it cheaper again! Up until now, the modernized Model 3 could not be bought cheaper, for that money it is an electric power plant

Tesla’s discount roller coaster continues, and it probably won’t end just like that. Not so long ago, the automaker announced a price increase of CZK 50,000 for the best-selling car in the world in 2023, which is the Tesla Model Y. By the way, it is now available with rear-wheel drive and a large battery, which promises a paper range of 600 km per charge.

In any case, the Model 3 Highland has now been reduced in price by CZK 50,000. The new and electrically interesting price of the basic version with rear electric motor, LiFePO4 battery, range of up to 513 km on a single charge and acceleration from 0 to 100 in 6.1 seconds is 1,003,990 CZK including VAT.

The more powerful two-engine version with all-wheel drive offers a range of up to 629 km, acceleration from zero to 100 km/h in 4.4 seconds and a maximum speed of 201 km/h, the same as the basic version. The price of this model is CZK 1,203,990.

The base coat is always white, which is why most tiles are white. For blue and black metallic, you pay an additional 32,000 CZK, while for the more luxurious red and gray, 48,000 CZK. The basic wheels are 18-inch, but for 45,000 CZK you can get 19-inch discs. The towing device then costs CZK 36,000.

The offered interiors are two, respectively two color versions, namely basic black and optional black and white for CZK 32,000. The basic autopilot (level 2 enhanced autonomous driving) is sold for 100,000 CZK, while the feature called “fully autonomous driving capability” (just a marketing name) costs 200,000 CZK.

However, the reason for the discounts is not surprising, Tesla’s sales numbers fell below its expectations, so it wants to kick them up again and prevent the accumulation of stock cars.

The Tesla Model 3 Highland is currently available for delivery in 2 to 5 weeks and will arrive in the Czech Republic from Shanghai. This vehicle is also eligible for a subsidy of up to CZK 200,000 excluding VAT from the electromobility support program for entrepreneurs. If you ordered a Tesla Model 3 before the discount, call the Czech Tesla representative, they say they will reduce the price. If you have a subsidy application in progress, send the National Development Bank an email that the price of the car has changed.
