Raw materials

  • whole chicken

  • oranges

  • limes

  • smoked paprika

  • oregano

  • Apple vinegar

  • salt and pepper

  • potatoes

  • sour cream

Mango chili dip

  • mango

  • olive garlic

  • oil

  • red chili pepper

  • salt

  • spoon of honey

  • lemon juice

Method

We divide the chicken into two parts (halves), i.e. paid. Cut the skin and prepare a marinade of oranges, lime, oil, garlic, smoked paprika, oregano and apple cider vinegar. Put each half in a bag and divide the marinade and let it marinate ideally overnight.

Cut the potatoes in half and roast them. We prepare a dip from sour cream, garlic and salt and pour over the finished potatoes.

Mango chili dip: Mash the pulp of the mango to a pulp, crush the garlic, finely chop the chili pepper. Mix all the ingredients and let the resulting mixture sit in the cold. Served with meat and potatoes.
