In 2018, an incident ended with a typed letter for the subway train driver, when two young men broke one of the underground sets. The Metro was caught in the ring of calls, it was part of the LowCost Race travel seduction. The train driver let them into the cabin and allowed them to ride the train.

Such a breakthrough cannot be imitated in the foreseeable future. Prask transport company (DPP) issued a tender for metro trains without an idea, as well as for the security system for line C and the brand new line D. That’s 86 billion crowns without VAT.

The benefit of the metro without a train driver should be shorter intervals between trains, i.e. increased transport capacity. The safety system, a typical feature of which is the safety walls cutting off the edges of the steps, can prevent people from falling and jumping into the tracks.
