The home team played from the 39th minute after being sent off by ten. After the change of sides, we played our game again, but again unnecessary goals came and we were worried until the end. Fortunately, we survived,” smiled Jiří Kalous, the leader of the A team and, together with Michal Telerovský, also the coach.

The whole, which is part of the town of Roudnice nad Labem, was not very successful in the autumn. The spring part looks much better. “We believe that we will rise in the table. The main thing is to escape the relegation zone. We are very sorry for the defeat in Bříž, where we were better, but in the end they unfortunately lost there 2:3,” Kalous regretted.
Podlusky can be proud of a really wide youth base. The condition of the football club there looks very good. “We have a mini preparation, two younger preparations, an older preparation. Regional competitions are then played by younger and older students, as well as our youth. I think our condition is at a very good level. I would like to praise all the coaches we have here. Cooperation across teams works for us,” emphasized a member of the local committee.
The stadium lost both coaches, they report departures in the staff. Who came back?
Youth is currently the foundation for the club’s future. And a great luxury for a lot of the team. “We focus on youth, we know that this is the basis. The teenagers help our men’s team, we wouldn’t even be able to play without them,” Kalous nodded his head.
Podlusky has the great advantage of being part of Roudnice nad Labem. “We do recruitment events in our housing estate. We are doing well, the children are walking. We also want to establish a younger youth group, as many older students are graduating,” he revealed.
Dynamo has clear ambitions in the coming years. What are they like? “After the end of the season, we want to prepare well and bring in three more experienced players to complement our very young team. Subsequently, we want to return to the district championship within two years,” Kalous is clear.
Although things look good with football in Podlusky, even here they realize that amateur football is on the wane. “The number of children is decreasing, that is the biggest problem. Don’t get mad at me, the kids just got lazy. We are lucky to have a playground not far from the housing estate. But they have a big problem elsewhere,” added Jiří Kalous.
