The Litoměřice House of Culture will be part of the first Sports Ball on Friday, May 3. All athletes and sports fans are invited. Part and main idea of ​​the ball is not only the presentation of the clubs, but also the handing over of a sum of money to someone who needs it. This year, the organizers chose Litoměřice swimmer Alex Borska. During the ball, sports clubs will perform, the evening will be accompanied by moderator Michal Dorňák, and the band No Headache will play dancing and listening. You can also look forward to a rich raffle.

63. Sokol Cross-Country Run in Roudnice

Where: Tyršův stadium, Roudnice n. L.

The 63rd Sokol cross-country race will start on the morning of Saturday, May 4, at the Tyrš stadium in Roudnice nad Labem. Participants will meet at 8 o’clock. Routes of 15 and 8 kilometers will be prepared. After the race, there will be an announcement with the distribution of diplomas.

International exhibition of hedgehogs in Žalhostice

The Culture House in Žalhostice will host the 7th North Bohemian International Exhibition of Hedgehogs. This will happen on Saturday, May 4, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Face painting, creating hedgehogs from fruit or decorating hedgehog gingerbread and other competitions will be prepared for children.

Opening of the spa season in Mšené

Spa Mšené will open its 228th spa season on Saturday, May 4. They prepared a rich program for this. It will start at 2:00 p.m., when František and Dominika Och will welcome visitors and guests from the music gazebo. This will be followed by a concert by the Roudnice n. L. Youth Wind Orchestra. The IP Band will start the program at 3:05 PM in the Lavender Gazebo. The local school’s children’s choir will perform (3:30 p.m.) and majorettes and cheerleaders from neighboring Budyn (5:00 p.m.). Volunteer firefighters will prepare a foam bath at 6 p.m. There will be music throughout the afternoon, a big raffle, there will also be stalls with refreshments and wine tastings, games and other entertainment for children.

The second race of this year’s 26th season of the Czech Republic Truck Trial Championship. For the second time this year, our competitors will present themselves at the premises of the Keramost company. Come and see how the trucks cope with the extreme terrain that we will prepare for them in this wonderful location. There will be plenty of food stalls, children’s attractions, Truck trial souvenirs, items and last but not least, an evening disco and lots of other entertainment. Neil Zaza is the king of world melodic rock of his generation, concert partner of such legends as Steve Vai or Joe Satriani. The highly acclaimed American melodic guitarist is known especially for his special technique, as well as for combining classical and modern guitar elements. In addition to his own activities and concerts, he is often a sought-after concert partner of world masters such as Steve Vai, Dweezel Zappa or Joe Satriani, whom he accompanies on tour during live shows. The metal part of the rock public also remembers him as a member of the band Firehouse. Lineup: Neil Zaza (guitar), Walter Cerasani (bass), Enrico Cianciusi (drums). The club opens at 19.00, the concert starts an hour later.
