Pursuant to § 18 paragraph 3 of Act No. 62/2003 Coll., on elections to the European Parliament and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended, political parties, political movements and coalitions whose list of candidates has been registered for the elections to the European Parliament may delegate members to district election commissions.
The last day for delegation is Wednesday 08.05.2024 until 4 p.m.
The list of proposed members can be delivered in paper form (it can be dropped into the mailbox located in the office building at ul. Masarykova 628) or in electronic form. The list must contain the name and surname, date of birth, address of the place of permanent residence of the member or substitute, the name and surname of the proxy, his signature, or the name and surname of the person who is authorized to perform this act by the proxy and who attaches a copy of this written authorization to the list.
In the case of personal delivery, a telephone service will be provided between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., which will confirm receipt.
