DPP Aneta ehkov spoke for TK today. The electrification of line 137 is part of the development of trolleybus lines, when the company last operated a trolleybus from Ndra Veleslavn to Letit Vclav Havel in March this year.

If there are no significant complications, during the general contract for the contractor, or in the parallel project of the Technical Communication Service (TSK) in Peroutkov street, we expect the construction of the infrastructure to begin in the fall of the summer year. Bateriov trolleybuses could appear on the line at the end of 2025, said DPP technical editor Jan Urovsk. TSK is completely reconstructing Peroutkova street.

The company will build a roughly 4,400-meter-long trolley line in Smchov between the Santoka and U Waltrovka stops, and it will accommodate over a hundred tents that will carry the trolley and will be illuminated by street lamps.

In addition, the semi-detached two kilometers of cable and construction for the mnrn route in Peroutkov street. At the Na Knec terminal, charging stations will be created, which will be powered from nearby tram stations in Radlice.

However, trolleybuses will not run the entire route of line 137. Buses now run from Smchov and to Jinonice and to Mala Ohrad. But the electrification will only be on the hilly section between Na Knec and U Waltrovky.

In addition to the modified seven charging stations, the company will also build 37 outdoor charging stations in the garages of the epic. Established there, the infrastructure built during the electrification of bus line 119 from Veleslavn to Letit. The new wall will be designed specifically for standard 12 meter long trolleybuses.

The electrification of line slo 137 is part of the project on the left bank of the Vltava, where the company is preparing to start trolleybuses on lines slo 131, 134, 176 and 191. At the end of 2022, the company put into operation the first trolleybus line after five decades, which runs from Palmovka to Mikovic and this year they will change the line to fly.

Trolleybuses entered the streets of Prague in August 1936. The first line ran from the trams of the Steovice train station, Oechovka and Hanspaulka, to the St. Matje church near the river. The last trolleybus line that ran to Strahov ceased operation in the fall of 1972.
