The latest addition to the family of high-rise buildings behind the famous car manufacturer is the just-completed building built in Miami by the British company Aston Martin. She collaborated on the design with architect Rodolfo Miani from the Argentinian studio Bodas Miani Anger.

The skyscraper at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way is 249 meters tall divided into 66 floors housing 391 ultra-luxury apartments. And as the company points out on its website, 99 percent of them already know their owner, with more than half of this community also being proud owners of a car of the same brand.

Aston Martin tries to provide only the best for its clients, so every owner of a new apartment has the opportunity to have their new home custom-made directly by the car company’s team. They have a choice of three interior styles.

The Timeless embodies classic Aston Martin design and uses the British marque’s heritage to create a more modern style, while the Covert draws inspiration from the interiors of darker concept cars. Residents looking to indulge in an extra high level of luxury can choose the Indulgent collection, celebrating natural materials with a softer, soothing palette.

The building, which looks like a sailboat is moored atop it and is sometimes compared to a sail in its entirety, reflects the harbor setting and offers breathtaking panoramic views of Biscayne Bay, the Miami River and the dynamic city skyline.

As the authors of the proposal say, the building tries to radiate an exciting feeling from the brand’s sports cars. Therefore, as soon as a guest enters the lobby, they can easily recognize the design DNA of the British car company.

“Our design language is based on the beauty and honesty and authenticity of the materials. Aston Martin Residences Miami is for people who value the highest quality and craftsmanship, who love the feel of something that is timeless. The interiors in our first residential building are essentially the same as the interiors in Aston Martin,” says Marek Reichman, Executive Vice President and Chief Creative Officer of Aston Martin.

Architect Rodolfo Miani then adds: “This collaboration between the architectural and automotive worlds was a true alliance that brings a sublime symphony of design and detail to every aspect of the building.”

Among the main features that adorn the entire building are doors with custom Aston Martin hand handles and kestrel-colored leather inlays. Residents can relax in the common areas, which cover an area of ​​almost 4,000 m2. They are located between the 52nd and 55th floors of the building and are connected by a monumental glass staircase.

For example, there is a two-story fitness center overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, art galleries, two movie theaters, a virtual golf simulator, a business center and conference room, a children’s play area, as well as a full-service spa, beauty salon and barber shop.

An infinity pool with a panoramic view awaits the residents of the building on the 55th floor. On the same floor, in addition to a terrace with a jacuzzi pool and sunbeds, there is of course also an ultra-luxury sky bar with a lounge, as well as a high-end kitchen, a ballroom and private dining areas.

The building has seven penthouses (all with private pools and spacious terraces), several duplexes and a number of sprawling one- to five-bedroom residences. The imaginary icing on the cake is a wonderful three-story condominium with a total living area of ​​2526 m2which is located at the very top of the building.

Residents also have direct access to the sea via an exclusive superyacht marina and can avail of butler service.

After the valuable experience gained by the car company during the implementation of this construction, its design team has already embarked on other residential projects.
