It will probably be clear in the coming weeks about the future of Alphonso Davies at Bayern, where he still has a valid contract until 2025. However, it cannot be said without a doubt that the situation would improve in favor of the Munich team. The Canadian representative has received an ultimatum and must decide where he wants to play in the near future. And his agent Nick Huoseh doesn’t like this.

Only recently, Max Eberl took up the position of new sports director in Bavaria. And practically immediately he had to take the hoses in his hands to put out the fire around the left defender or winger, who is constantly associated with going elsewhere. As Eberl recently revealed to the media, he and his colleagues have already submitted a contract extension offer to Davies. However, as it seems, agreement between all parties involved is very unlikely. They differ significantly in their financial ideas.

In addition, Davies’ side was pushed somewhat against the wall. Either a signature will be required on paper, or the sale of the player to another address will begin. This was disclosed by Davies’ representative, who, according to him, has been experiencing painful dealings in the past few months. “It’s not fair that Alphonso is put in this position,” Huoseh quipped in an interview with the German newspaper Bild. And he had several arguments for his statements.

He is not only bothered by what happened in the past, but also by the fact that Bayern’s future is uncertain. “A year ago we were close to an agreement. But then the entire management of the club changed. And then we didn’t hear anything from anyone for seven months, although during this time I tried to contact the competent people myself personally.” he explained. “Now we’ve been given an ultimatum and we should respond to it in some time just because the club is under pressure and it’s taken them a long time to sort everything up there. It’s just not right.”

According to information from the Sky Germany television station, the subject of the current dispute is the amount of the salary. While Davies’ gross salary demands are around 20 million euros per season, they are ready to pay 14 million in Munich. The Canadian has received 9 million so far. “It’s a very important contract for Alphonse. And we should make a decision now. Without even knowing who will be the coach next year, or what the team will look like,” Huoseh shook his head. “That’s why we think it’s unfair to react to some deadlines. We’ll decide how to proceed at the end of the season, when we simply know more information.” he was texting.

In recent weeks, Davies has been rumored mainly with a possible transfer to Real Madrid. And the first discussions between the Spanish and German clubs should have already taken place. While the management of Los Blancos presented a proposal in the amount of 50 million euros for a potential summer transfer, the Bavarian team wants 70 million. Recently, by the way, according to data from the transfermarkt.de server, Davies’ market value dropped by 10 million to the current 60 million.
