A class difference. Pardubice basketball players finish in the quarterfinals of the Kooperativa national basketball league. Their fateful opponent was Ústí nad Labem, which won the series 4:1. The last match between Beksa and Slunet was won by the home side Ústí, winning 83:64.

The course of the match was already clear during the first quarter. Sluneta dominated and immediately led by ten points after ten minutes. However, Beksa took control in the second half, and especially Tomáš Vyoral made sure that Pardubice reduced the deficit and won the second half 21:18. But Ústí showed its desire to progress and suddenly took back a comfortable lead when it won this part with a ratio of 24:20. But everything was decided in the last quarter of the match. Sluneta confirmed dominance and didn’t give Bekse any chance, winning 18:10 and setting the final result at 83:64.
Pardubice thus ends up in the quarter-finals of the Kooperativa NBL and thus did not repeat the semi-final struggles from last season, when they advanced through Ústí.
