The last amendment to the FAČR Transfer Rules took place in 2016. That is why there was a demand for its amendment from all corners of the football movement. Emphasis was also placed on transparency.
The biggest change comes in the so-called free transfer, when a player can transfer to another club for the table price. Until now, he had twenty days to do it from June 1 to 20. The new period will be six days shorter and the free transfer will be possible from June 1 to 14.
“The reason for this change is that clubs will know how many players they can count on before the draw assets. This will give the association extra time to resolve the pressing issue of slow payment of severance pay. The amount will now be divided into two installments – the first at the beginning of July,” says the FAČR website.

In higher competitions such as the First and Second League or the ČFL and MSFL, divisions and regional championships, the lower tens of thousands are involved.
Teams in the third highest competition paid 70,000 for players who are between nineteen and twenty-three years old, they will now pay 100,000. The severance pay rose from 50,000 to 70,000 in the division and from 50,000 to 70,000 in the regional championship.
For players between 24 and 29 years old, there is an increase in the MSFL and ČFL from 56,000 to 80,000, in the division from 40,000 to 56,000 and in the regional championship from 24,000 to 40,000.
For football players between thirty and thirty-three years old, teams in the ČFL and MSFL will pay 50,000 instead of 35,000, in the division 35,000 instead of 25,000 and in the regional championship 25,000 instead of 15,000.
From I. A class and below, clubs will pay a thousand units more for new players according to the table. For example, for young people between the ages of nineteen and twenty-three, the severance pay in the first classes rose by five thousand to 30,000 in A-classes, respectively 25,000 in B-classes. It increased by ten thousand within the district championship, where the club will pay a new 20,000 (All sums can be found clearly in the tables).

Several other matters related to transfers were also modified, such as – Transfer of a preparatory player, transfer of a restricted player to a free transfer, settlement of transfer fees, transfer based on school or transfer of an unused player.
The new transitional rules will come into effect on June 1 of this year.
