The developers from the Nightdive studio brought the long-awaited remake of the first System Shock last year, which will premiere on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles this May. The American team, which has been active in recent times, recently also made a name for itself with the remaster of the Star Wars: Dark Forces shooter. The studio clearly plans to link its future with remakes of older games, as evidenced by the newly announced title titled PO’ed: Definitive Edition.

This is a remaster of the game PO’ed, which was originally released in 1995 on the 3DO console. A year later, directed by the studio Any Channel, she also looked at the first PlayStation. The presented remaster will head to PC at an as yet unspecified date. Developers are attracted to maintaining traditional gameplay, featuring fast-paced action, a first-person camera, and a space setting. Therefore, fans of the original parts of the Doom and Quake series should come to their own, at least in terms of genre.

Since the game was announced on April 1st, a large percentage of players thought it was just an April Fool’s joke. On the contrary, everything points to the fact that it is a real titlewhose card can currently be found on Steam, where you can add the upcoming remaster to your wishlist.
