David Folprecht, the owner of the SwissHouse hotel in Marinské Lzňch, told MF DNES that the main drivers of inflation in the hospitality industry are external energy costs and wages, which are spent on waste.

Even hoteliers and restaurant owners agree that employee wages are a significant driver of health in hospitality and lodging. There is also a long-term shortage of labor in this area.
