In addition to rain showers, people in some areas of South Moravia can also expect snowfall on Wednesday. Temperatures dropped to zero at night. However, it will gradually warm up during the week and it may be up to twenty degrees on Saturday.

Snowfall is expected in some areas of the South Moravian Region. “It will be cloudy with rain, temporarily also rain with snow. We also expect snowfall in the highest locations. Later in the afternoon, precipitation will decrease gradually from the southwest and cloud cover will break through in places. she described the situation Ivana Záluská from the Brno branch of the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute.

According to meteorologists, the highest afternoon temperatures will range between three and six degrees Celsius, in the southwest they may gradually rise to eight degrees. “The low pressure will move through Hungary and Slovakia to the northeast and will affect the weather here,” Záluská explained the reason for the low temperatures.

According to experts, the weather will be similar on Thursday as well, when they expect mostly cloudy, temporarily partly cloudy weather. At first sporadic, during the afternoon also showers in places, mixed or snowy in the highest places.

But it will get warmer from Friday, it can be up to fifteen degrees. On Saturday, people could even measure up to twenty degrees on thermometers and observe an almost clear sky.
