“Persons convicted of positive murder, rape, sexual violence and crimes against national security will not be mobilized,” lawmaker Oleksij Honarenko said on the Telegram platform. His colleague Jaroslav Elezak stated on the same website that 279 MPs supported the norm and none were against it.

Today, the Supreme Council, i.e. the Ukrainian Parliament, approved the extension of the mobilization for another 90 days, that is until August 11. She thus extended the first stay. According to Elezak, this happened to individuals.
