It’s been 20 years since this dwarven card game has been in the world, so to mark the occasion, a limited edition is being released, which includes both the base game and the full expansion, as well as new special cards with mini expansions. Everything is together in a stylish storage box.

Your task is to build a tunnel from the starting card to one of the destination cards with gold.
The basic game is intended for 3 to 10 players, who at the beginning secretly draw their roles. A total of 3 rounds are played and the owner of the most gold becomes the winner. A full round consists of several turns, in which players take turns and have the option of playing a journey card, an action card, or giving up a turn and discarding one card. In all cases, they draw a new card.

Tunnel to destination card.
The task of the gold diggers is to connect the starting card with the destination card with gold. There are three of them in total, but only one is victorious.

The saboteurs block the paths and try to use up the entire pick pack.
Saboteurs, on the other hand, try to prevent the target from being reached and need the entire pick pack to be consumed. At the end of the round, players deal out their gold cards, redraw their roles and start the next round.

Among the tunnel cards there are also action cards that trigger some effect.
The expansion expands the number of players from 2 to 12 and adds new dwarve roles that change the victory conditions and divide players into teams. New journey cards and action cards also come into play.

There are several extensions in the package.
Another addition to the box are special cards from the Saboteur World Championship 2016 – 2023, so 8 new dwarven role cards. There are 5 more mini-expansions waiting for you, including two brand new ones that expand the objective cards and add treasure chests.

The annual edition beautifully completes the base Saboteur game in an original travel-friendly package. It will please not only Saboteur fans who already have worn out cards, but it will certainly attract new players as well. The game is ideal for larger groups, you can easily play with children and occasional players, for more experienced and demanding players, you can include expansions that offer more strategy.
