Malina applied for the transformation of the reorganization into bankruptcy, the court granted the failed holding company

Energetick Holding Malina was one of the largest suppliers of photovoltaic panels in the Czech Republic. Last spring, however, the company experienced problems with taking orders. The management of the company therefore submitted a proposal for insolvency, in which it stated bonds for approximately 1.4 billion crowns.

This year, in November, Fotovolta presented a fully reorganized company to the Vitelski committee of Maliny. He hoped that the company would function well for existing and future customers after the reorganization. At the end of May, Malina informed the court that the consortium around the Fotovolta company was only trying to reach an agreement and did not present its proposal for a reorganized board even after being invited.

Malina therefore suggested to the court that the reorganization be declared bankrupt. The Prask municipal court accepted the proposal in ter. Decisions can be appealed to the Supreme Court within 15 days.

Reorganization requires the agreement and cooperation of many stakeholders. It is necessary for the vitel vtinov to agree on what is the best path and to agree on that path. According to Uhl, the bankruptcy is now allowed to run the pipeline and complete orders if necessary. The insolvency administrator had to confirm that in the future the woman would choose a suitable company that, with the customer’s consent, would be able to implement the orders. It should concern both photovoltaics and thermal pumps.

The corrupt won’t die

One of the companies that, before being declared bankrupt, expressed a desire to cooperate with Energetick holding Malina on the supply of electricity for clients was the Czech company TnG-Air. Information for clients is available on the website www.zatopime.cz.

We have evaluated the complex situation of Energetickho holding Malina and have offered cooperation for an additional implementation for Malina’s client. Our professional reputation based on more than ten thousand satisfied customers led us to this step, as well as the commitment we made in the company to allow people to pay for energy. Another important reason for the cooperation was that we met the finished realizations of Malina on the market, their customers are probably very satisfied, which showed us that not everything in Malina is done with the right mindset, says the owner of TnG-Air Libor Mojek. As he added, the company does not want people to be beaten in the current situation.

Uhl was positive about the cooperation. We were looking for a partner company that could take on the implementation of unfinished orders, both for photovoltaics and for heat pumps. We found this partner in the form of TnG-Air. It is a company that, since 1998, has experience with the implementation of heat pumps and photovoltaics in the Czech Republic and abroad. It is a 100 percent esk manufacturer, has an extensive service center and provides long-term experience, he specified.

Uhl informs customers with installed panels that they will not have to wait months or years for the approved filling. It is possible relatively quickly to find a company that will take over the trunk of the installed customers, that will provide supervision, necessary service, etc. A number of these companies have contacted us, so far we have not been able to do it because it has not been fully approved, it is possible, he said.

Manaer admits that this is another somersault in Malina’s journey. When we presented the reorganized board a month ago, we noted in an email that the biggest risk of the board is that its approval will be very long. With this step, this risk was dramatically reduced. The word bankruptcy in insolvency sounds scary to a lot of people. In a specific situation, the bag is a solution, explains Uhl.

The leadership of Malina has been working on the reorganization since the beginning of the year, when the authorities authorized the reorganization of the company. At the end of the day, the holding company came up with the option that in cooperation with the German company GoodHao, it would deliver components to any client, and the losers would have to arrange for the subsequent installation elsewhere.
