The city of Nasavrky offers the possibility of building a family house, it is currently selling construction plots of generous size. The plots are located in the direction of Hodonín and their purchase price is set at 3,450 crowns per square meter.

“We have a total of 22 parcels at our disposal, their size is around a thousand square meters. The price is usual for the place and time, it also takes into account the fact that we bought the land,” said Nasavrka mayor Milan Chvojka.
The city makes an offer to all potential applicants, it does not insist that they must have a permanent residence in Nasavrky. One person can buy a maximum of two building plots.
The principles of the sale were established by the city council. These include, for example, the fact that the builder will use the building for housing within seven years of the purchase of the land, and at least one person from the joint household will apply for permanent residence in Nasavrky in the house.

In order to avoid various speculations, the buyer will not transfer title to the land without the consent of the city. If he does not start building within four years of buying the land, he will sell the plot back to the city for the same price he bought it for. All of this is sanctioned with fines of 50 and 100 thousand crowns in case of non-fulfillment of the conditions.

Those interested in plots can apply in writing or electronically until the end of May. “The selection committee, which will be made up of all the members of the city council, will assess all applications and recommend the selected candidates to the council,” explained Mayor Chvojka.
When assessing applications, the selection committee will also build on certain criteria that could be beneficial for the city and its development. It takes into account, for example, whether the future owners of family houses have professions that could be useful for life in the city. Previous demonstrable interest in the building plot in Nasavrky also plays a role in the selection.
A situation may arise when several people will be interested in one specific piece of land. They get an offer for another plot, but if they reject it and stand their ground, there may be an envelope method in which they present their price per square meter offer. It is logical that then the highest price will win.
If the city of Nasavrka does not sell all 22 plots, it will announce a second round of tendering. In it, he will specify any deviations from his original principles, but this will not apply to the purchase price, which is fixed.
