Specifically, this applies to citizens of the United States, Australia, Japan, Canada, New Zealand, South Korea, and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

The South Korean company KHNP is now bidding for the construction of nuclear reactors in the Czech Republic, and its French competitor EDF has long had this advantage for its employees as a company from a country in the European Union.
