Russian drones paralyzed Sumy and surrounding areas
After midnight, the city’s electricity and partly also the water supply system stopped working – hospitals and other critical infrastructure facilities therefore had to switch to alternative sources, said the head of the city’s military administration, Oleksij Drozdenko.
Similar problems appeared in other cities of the region, and even in some districts of the neighboring regional city of Kharkiv, where a total of 15 people were injured in yesterday’s attacks.
