“If a similar scenario were to materialize, the Russian Federation reserves the right to respond accordingly, that is, to use as a target all British facilities that are located both on the territory of Ukraine and in the European Union, that is, military facilities, weapons and so on,” she declared Zakharova.
The spokeswoman thus publicly recited what was heard by the British ambassador in Moscow, Nigel Casey, who was summoned by the Russian Foreign Ministry on Monday because of Cameron’s statement.
In addition, Zakharova described the statement of the head of British diplomacy as “absolutely absurd, because Britain claimed the exact opposite just recently.”

British Storm Shadow missile
Until now, London has insisted that its long-range Storm Shadow missiles are only to be used against targets on the internationally recognized territory of Ukraine. Kiev respected this wish and used missiles, for example, against the Black Sea Fleet anchored near the Russian-occupied Crimea, which it succeeded in decimating.
Britain has provided Ukraine with billions of pounds worth of military equipment, including tanks or guided missiles for air defense systems, since the start of the Russian invasion. The already mentioned Storm Shadow missiles with a range of over 250 km were officially delivered by the British a year ago.
