American singer Billie Eilish will come to the Czech Republic with her third album Hit Me Hard and Soft. This year’s winner of the Grammy music award will sing in Prague’s O2 arena, which she sold out already in 2019, on June 1, 2025. This was announced by Ondřej Pojzl on behalf of the Live Nation production agency on Monday. Tickets will go on sale on May 3 at 10:00 a.m. Those interested can buy the cheapest ones for 1,250 crowns. The third album, which the singer created again with her brother Finneas, is to be released on May 17 this year. Eilish will embark on a tour for the new album at the end of September, first touring North America, Australia before coming to Europe and the UK. A complete list of dates is available on the singer’s website. In addition to Prague, the list also includes Berlin, Cologne, Krakow and Vienna. The 22-year-old singer, who for the song What Was I Made For? from the movie Barbie won a Grammy and an Oscar, she performed in Prague once in 2019 with her debut album When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?. The organizers had to move the concert from Fora Karlín to the O2 arena due to the great interest. The young artist is particularly famous for her ability to capture in her texts and video clips the divisiveness and anxiety of Generation Z, which is growing up in the world of social media. Two of her music videos on YouTube have amassed over a billion views, for the songs Lovely and Bad guy. Thanks to the second song, Eilish became the first musician born in the new millennium to conquer the top of the US charts.

Billie Eilish is the daughter of actress Maggie Baird and actor Patrick O’Connell. She has been involved in music since she was 11 years old, when she started singing in a choir. She released the breakthrough single Ocean Eyes, written for her by her brother, in 2016.

“I put the song on SoundCloud just so my teacher could download it. We didn’t really have any other intentions, but people started downloading it overnight and that was it,” Billie Eilish told Teen Vogue magazine.
