The beautiful house in the Italian Renaissance style has been standing since 1916 in the luxurious American residential area of Los Angeles called Hancock Park. The author of its design is the famous American architect John. C. Austin, who also designed the Griffith Observatory and Planetarium and the Los Angeles City Hall building.

The interior of the house, which stands on a corner plot lined with hedges, is adorned with many architectural and designer gems. These include, for example, antique fireplaces, French Empire chandeliers and imported Italian marble. The stained glass windows, which were personally designed by Louis Comfort Tiffany, are considered to be the highlight.

A stone staircase leads to the house. The ground floor is furnished as a space for relaxation, entertainment and spending free time in the company of friends. There is a grand entrance hall, conservatory with glass roof, spacious lounge, living room with generous bay windows, study with bar and formal dining room.
