The Met Gala fashion event was full of interesting models again this year. One of them was also brought out by the singer Tyla, who had a dress made of sand. But the problem was that she almost couldn’t walk in the gown. So they had to carry it on the steps of the Metropolitan Museum in New York.

The Grammy winner recently canceled her tour due to a mysterious injury. But she didn’t miss the Met Gala, if only because the production of her dress must have taken a lot of work. The gown had a sand texture and felt like it was perfectly molded to the singer’s body. In addition, the model had a long train, which Tyla couldn’t manage either. She still managed to take a few steps on the straight, but the biggest snag came on the stairs, where even four men had to carry her up.

The Balmain dress was adapted to the theme of Sleeping Beauty: The Awakening of Fashion, subtitled The Garden of Time. For many celebrities, the topic was confusing, for which even the organizer of the event, Anna Wintour, apologized. But as it seems, the singer Tyla hit the spot because they had to wear her during the gala, almost as if she were a real sleeping Sleeping Beauty. And she still had an hourglass in her hands. And that was only her debut at such a prestigious event.

Although the singer did not show any signs of physical injuries, in the end the assistants “defaced” the dress by cutting open the upper part and cutting off the skirt as well. And that was certainly more comfortable for Tyla.
