The return of the Chinese carrier to Prague is planned for June 24, it will fly three times a week from Beijing.
Another long-distance line will return to Prague Airport. Hainan Airlines will resume regular connections between Prague and Beijing on June 24. She confirmed it on her Instagram. The Chinese carrier will return to Ruzyň after a break of more than four years.
There will be flights from Prague to Beijing three times a week, always on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The route will be served by an Airbus A330 for 292 passengers. It always departs from Beijing at 02:30 and arrives in Prague at 06:45. He always leaves Prague for the return journey at 2:00 p.m., and will be in Beijing at 05:20 the next day. Ticket sales have not started yet
Hainan Airlines was the first Chinese carrier to fly to Prague. He opened the connection with Beijing in September 2015. According to the then president Miloš Zeman, the opening of the line was one of the successes and fruits of Czech friendliness towards the Chinese state. The Airbus A330-300 was used for the flights, originally the airline sent it from Prague to Belgrade for three years because of the workload.
In addition to Hainan Airlines, Sichuan Airlines from Chengdu and China Eastern from Shanghai and Xi’an also flew from Prague to China before the pandemic.
