Pilsen region half marathon

More than a thousand runners will set off on Saturday, April 27, on the course of the Pilsen Region Half Marathon. The race route leads from Škodaland in Pilsen through Litice, Šlovice, Dobřany, Lhota and back to the Česká údolí water reservoir. We wrote more about the program, routes and other details HERE.

Neighborhood march

A circular walk through interesting places between the villages of Křimice, Vochov and Vejprnice is prepared for visitors. Each participant will be rewarded with a good gift and an impression of a tourist stamp in the diary. You can choose a route of 6, 10 or 15 km. You can complete it either on foot, by bike, with a stroller or with a dog.

The witch at the fairy farm

Enjoy the whole weekend at the fairytale farm. An entertainment program is prepared for the witches. You can look forward to magical workshops with Adele, fairy tales from a wicker chest or face painting and lots of fun.
Burning witches

In Staré Plzeň, in the clubhouse under the forest, you can look forward to the burning of witches! There will be a competition for the most original means of transportation for witches. All witches and wizards masks, small and large, are welcome. Other competitions and an accompanying program for children will be prepared.

A day in the air

The largest air show in the west of Bohemia will take place on the weekend of April 27 and 28, 2024 at the airport in Plasy. This time too, everyone really has something for themselves. Silent and noisy machines, planes that fly slowly and machines that whiz past the spectators at incredible speed. Acrobatic groups, acrobatic pilots, modern and historical machines.

A traditional spring model-making event for the whole family at the Museum of Southern Pilsen in Blovice. Models of various difficulties will be prepared and experienced instructors will be at your disposal. The entrance fee is CZK 50.
MOST – Festival of good wine and food

On Saturday, April 27, the first year of the Festival of Good Wine and Food is being prepared. On the stone bridge in Stříbr you can taste quality Moravian and foreign wines. You can also look forward to tasting good food and listening to a dulcimer play. The event starts at 1:00 p.m.
Bazaar to support abandoned dogs

Dog shelter PAWS IN HOPE Horšovský Týn is organizing a charity bazaar. Last weekend of April. There will be clothes, books, toys, pet supplies and lots more for sale. The proceeds from the sale will be used for the operation of the shelter and for the care of the dogs placed in this shelter.
