Sigma negotiated the American offer for the first time. No decision was made

--

On Tuesday, the SK Olomouc Sigma MŽ association negotiated an offer for the American company Blue Crow Sports Group to buy back shares. However, the decision has not yet been made.

Until the evening hours, representatives of the majority owner of SK Sigma Olomouc as Spolek, which owns 77 percent of the club’s shares, sat at the table and received an official offer for BCS last Monday. However, he did not comment on its exact wording, nor whether it was the Americans’ interest in a majority or minority share.

However, according to Deník’s information, it should be the majority one. The Americans should be interested in 51 percent and should guarantee a seasonal budget of 150 million crowns.

Record, sold-out Andrák, chorea and great atmosphere. The Spartans ruled Sigma

“At the meeting, we opened a debate on the investor’s offer. Of course, the goal of Tuesday’s meeting was not to make a final decision, but to discuss the next course of action. The key conclusion was the agreement that we will let the multinational consulting company Grant Thornton assess the economic side of the offer,” Jakub Beneš, chairman of the board of directors of SK Olomouc Sigma MŽ, told idnes.cz.

Players of the league team are still waiting for the FORTUNA:LIGY superstructure. They can still advance to the Conference League. But to do that, they have to play two doubles matches and then the final against the fifth team in the table. At the start, they will compete against Hradec Králové. How the fights will turn out on the turf is the question. As well as how the negotiations on the BCS offer will turn out. The decision was not made on Tuesday.

“We will most likely not comment on the offer before the end of the superstructure part of the competition,” concluded Beneš.
