A look back at the gala evening of the multi-genre fest1val

The gala evening ceremony, which officially opened the multi-genre event fest1val, was held on May 1. The leading personalities of Czech and Slovak design, architecture, film and fashion moved to Ostrava-Dolní Vítkovice for a few days.

“The multi-genre fest1val connects the worlds of film, design, architecture and fashion, offering every visitor space for personal growth and intellectual enrichment. We are glad that we were able to organize this important cultural event with an international dimension in Ostrava.” says the director of fest1val Nikola Tošenovská.

Nikola Moravcová arrived in the ONE THE BOAT collection, which she complemented with jewelry Aurum Jewels. “I really appreciate the intention of the organizers to connect so many industries and genres into one single fest1val, and what’s more, outside the Prague metropolis. Ostrava and especially Dolní Vítkovice are a work of art in themselves in their industrial way, and it was a really unusual experience to be at the opening of fest1val in Gong, where minimalist design and charming architecture breathes on you at every turn. I was pleased with the award of young creators and I believe that fest1val will be successful not only in terms of filmmaking and design, but will also be an important event in the world of fashion. It was an honor to be in the very first year, because one day I might tell my children about it. he says Nikola Moravcová.

Katarina Morhacovaan actress living in Los Angeles and New York, came to the gala in a Naniche dress and pearl jewelry by Klenoty Aurum. “I like the idea of ​​combining film, fashion, architecture and design in one fest1val. It combines my loves and interests. Why hasn’t anyone invented it before in the Czech Republic or Slovakia? I enjoyed the opening in a beautiful blue dress by Naniche and pearl jewelry by Klenoty Aurum. I really liked the performance of the Czech singer Marcell. I congratulate the organizers of fest1val on a successful start and I look forward to the next years.” adds Katarina.
