Jindřich Rajchl came up with a public indictment of Víto Rakušan. In a live broadcast on his Facebook page, he presented four lies and cases for which the Minister of the Interior should resign. Dosimeter, shooting at FF UK, migration pact, Vrbětice… read out the chairman FOR the Austrians. “Is this person here to moralize us today?” asked Rajchl.

The first of the cases that Jindřich Rajchl spoke about was the Dosimeter case. “A person who should have gone through the channels long ago for his connection to the Dosimeter case – the biggest mafia case that has been here in recent years – is he going to preach morality to us now?” the chairman of the Right Respect Expertise party did not understand.

Rajchl considers the encrypted mobile phone that the Austrian possessed to be a clear proof of Rakušan’s involvement in the Dozimetr case. Rajchl explained that having an encrypted phone from the National Security Agency is common for the position of interior minister, but the case involved another mobile device. “Mr. Rakušan at that moment, however, had a second phone on which he had a private encryption application, which allows you to communicate only with people who also have the encryption application from that private company. With no one else. This means that Mr. Rakušan had this cell phone exclusively for communication with Mr. Polčák and Mr. Redl,” declared Rajchl. “On the basis of this one case alone, the Austrian should be finished.”

Nevertheless, Rajchl listed other causes and reasons why the Austrian should resign. Among them the tragic shooting at the Faculty of Arts of Charles University in Prague. “We immediately heard the next day that the procedure was fine and that basically no one was at fault. How someone can say that one day after such an event has happened is beyond me…”

The PRO chairman emphasized that the company should have the right to know the details related to the case. Specifically, Rajchl would like to know on the basis of which the police drew the connection between the shooting at the FF UK and the murders in Klánovické les. He also demanded the publication of the contents of the farewell letter left by the killer. He considers the published information to be contradictory.

“They didn’t show us any of this, and more and more ambiguities are gradually coming to the surface,” said Rajchl. “I am saying unequivocally that someone here is lying to us in a terrible way and obfuscating about things that hide the real truth… “I just want the truth for you, the truth for this country. And I am convinced that we all – and especially the survivors of the victims – deserve it.”

The third reason why the Minister of the Interior should resign is the migration pact. Rajchl refuted the Austrian’s words that a migration pact is better than nothing. “It’s not! It’s worse than the current situation. It enables a much faster influx of migrants to Europe,” said Rajchl, emphasizing that a person who illegally enters the territory of the European Union does not have the right to do so and thus commits a crime. According to Rajchl, migrants should also be treated as criminals

“Mr. Austrian is lying to us. The migration pact is a disaster for the Czech Republic, it is a disaster for the whole of Central Europe, and just as the adoption of the euro is irreversible, so is the migration pact,” said Rajchl, adding that the moment Central Europe opens its borders to migrants, it can’t be taken back.

According to Rajchl, no one can actually want the situation in the Czech Republic to become similar to that in Germany, which is being narrowed by the increase in crime by non-German citizens. “Is this what any of us want here? So how can an Austrian brazenly lie to us that this is something beneficial for the Czech Republic?” Rajchl does not understand. According to him, the migration pact will accelerate legal migration in a fundamental way.

He also rejected the argument that migrants are needed to replace the workforce. He called this somewhat problematic, given that “those migrants don’t come here to work.”

Rajchl sees Víto Rakušan’s last lie in the Vrbětice case. “It is not possible from the point of view of criminal law for it to be established that a crime has been committed and for it to be established that the crime was committed by a specific perpetrator or perpetrators and the prosecution be postponed,” Rajchl said, adding that it would be possible at most in the event that the offender dies. In other circumstances, it is necessary to conduct criminal proceedings against the fugitive offender. “If Mr. Rakušan claims that guilt has been reliably proven, then he is clearly saying something that is contrary to valid Czech law. Because only the court can establish guilt,” Rajchl concluded with the Austrian’s fourth lie, for which, in his opinion, he should resign.
