In your opinion, how to combine them to change the image of the region, which in the past, due to the years of some politicians, earned the worst rating in the world?
I would divide it into several st. I would only correct a little that the Karlovy Vary region does not have the worst image. She is relatively good in the field of tourism. On the other hand, what concerns the perceived region as a city to go to, far and wide, is the image of rugged mountains. Don’t be proud to be the worst in the world. However, its image does not support the future development of the region, which does not want to be only a tourist destination, but also an interesting city for its inhabitants.

The second thing is that changing the perception of any city is a very long-term process. What’s wrong, it’s not a mix of communication and marketing. It is connected with the changes that have to happen in that particular city. Not just talking about them, but actually doing them. First of all, the process is prolonged. Changes must be seen at least twice.

This will open and change thinking people. And that’s a Sisyphean wheel.
All regions in the Czech Republic have in common that their own residents are always critical and negative, not non-residents of that region. In the Karlovy Vary region, they seem to be more negative in some respects. In order to change the perception of the city outside, the inside must first be worked on. This means building a long-term cooperation between citizens. Promote pride in the region. So that when he takes you out on vacation, he’ll be proud of where he’s from. This is one of the first rounds that we should focus on in the Karlovy Vary region. Perceive one’s own identity and vision of the region, so that the people follow them and take it as their own.

Do you think there is a tool to change the perception of people?
Again, I would relate it to the darkness of reputation. In order for the people to change their values, the darkness must become theirs. Send in them to identify with the region. But it means far more things to plug into the darkness. Not randomly, but slightly. It’s about active dialogue. The reputation of the region is formed by the people, their customs, traditions, behavior and attitudes. And in order for people to start noticing it, someone has to talk to them about it. The public sector should be the one who initiates and instigates the whole process and gives it an active fall. Changing the image is not only about the region and the city alone starting and thinking that it will work on change. It does not work like that. The first fear must be those proud members of society who will present their pride and solidarity to you at social gatherings, among their friends.

Urite. These are complex things, changing them requires a start-up dialogue. There must be a process of change with one’s own past. We must not hide this, but show it in a new light and give the opportunity to those who are interested and want to learn something. Give them the opportunity to find a relationship with the city. This is also the case with non-profit organizations, associations, and with the strong support of the public sector. These are things that change the reputation of the relationship, especially when it comes to changes in the minds and behavior of the people outside the region.

Your activities are not limited to the Karlovy Vary region. Psobte also in Moravian-Silesian. These regions are similar in many ways. Fall among the so-called structural post.
I don’t like to use that label. That’s what I recommend, stop using it. Anyone who would like to work in a structurally affected region. When you change your mind, it is a huge opportunity for self-realization. In addition to the Moravian-Silesian region, I also work for Plzeň, in the past I had a job in Pardubice and South Moravia. So they will go through the Republic of mm. And that’s why I can compare.

How was the starting position in the Karlovy Vary region from your point of view? Was she not elsewhere?
Long-term projects, such as reputation change, are subject to the so-called change management rule. He has several fz. The first decisive step is to realize what problems the region is in. How are the cakes that we have to bake. The Moravian-Silesian region realized very quickly that it was in trouble. But it was possible to bring together a lot of people who have a common vision to change it. And let them do it. Even when the image changes, it progresses more slowly.

I see dynamics in the Karlovy Vary region. But not as big a conscious problem as in Moravian-Silesian. Death is not as strong as you in the Moravian-Silesian region to change anything together. There, it is much more possible to involve people and organizations in the implementation, see I work in Karlovy Vary relatively briefly, but I can see the difference. Maybe there were similar attempts here in the past, and if so, they should be followed up on. No one did it for us. We have some financial options here, thanks to the just transformation fund, for example. He can take them out together. But I can’t see going into it all together. There are, of course, people, communities and organizations that try to implement change projects and initiatives, but as long as it’s like that, I don’t want to be a part of this region, I don’t care.

And that is the first change of mind.
The whole change is based on the fact that companies and individuals do not only things that affect them, but also things that develop their surroundings. m will be of better quality, the better it will be in region t. And then u is only a short distance away from the Karlovy Vary Region being the right address. What I would like to highlight is that the Karlovy Vary Region is the first region that is actively working to improve its reputation. I have a strategy for it, etc. This is not the case anywhere else in the entire country. In the year that I have been working with the Karlovy Vary Agency for Business Development, I have noticed this darkness as very accentuated. The region is aware of the problems, but for them, you need to involve far more actors. The public sector must be the initiator of activities, not the only actor. The mover can be recruited from many other sectors.

So does anyone actually change much?
If he will be proud and active in his social bubble. It’s a drop in the bucket, but when those drops are 295 thousand, it’s a strong current. Rd km, that the change of reputation is worked out mathematically, that 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 does not equal those, but you seven, eight. And that’s the point. We have warehouses for this in the Karlovy Vary region. A lot of things are going in the right direction. We did a survey of how good the region’s reputation is for the self-development of companies based here. For 90 percent of dotzanch is dleit. It is surprising that they have just confirmed their greatness, so I will actively respond to its change.
