The police are searching for a gang of five aggressors who attacked two men for no reason in the capital. They attacked the victims from behind, then kicked them and also robbed one of them. Then they ran away and left the place on suburban buses.
The attack took place on December 6 last year after ten in the evening in Bryksova Street in Prague 9. A plainclothes policeman noticed the party, which physically attacked two men, and immediately called 158.
“The attacked men agreed that they were walking together towards the Black Bridge when they stopped and lit a cigarette on the way. One of them was suddenly hit by someone from behind in the head area, the same thing happened to the other injured person. Both fell to the ground as a result of this attack, but it didn’t end there,” a spokeswoman said on the police website Kristýna Soukupová.
The attackers kicked the men and then took out one of them’s wallet and stole his payment card. Another witness shouted at the aggressors and ran after them, but the gang managed to escape. The witness reported everything to the local police department and an immediate search began. The police found out that the four perpetrators left the place on bus 240 in the direction of Běchovice and Another bus 344 in the direction of Horoušany.
“According to the findings from the witness of the event, the attackers should be men of foreign nationality, which he recognized based on their communication during the attack,” added Soukupová.
Those wanted face up to ten years in prison for robbery and bodily harm. If anyone recognizes them, they can call 158.
