The biggest show of live art in the region is back after a year. During twelve days, renowned ensembles and theater personalities from eleven countries will present themselves in Olomouc.
This year’s edition will be officially opened by a unique production NEW LIFE by Dante Alighieri, Meat Loaf and Britney Spears. With her, the top ensemble of the Schauspielhaus Bochum will perform at Flora for the second time, and for the first time, the star of German direction – Christopher Rüping.
Even before that, however, Divadlo na cucky will present the premiere of the author’s production THE TRAGEDY by Slovak director Šimon Spišák, which is still on the 27DF program on May 12.
At the same time, the popular marquee on the Konvikt park, which is an integral part of festival life, also opens today. Mornings here belong to discussions, but in the evenings (even at night) the tent beats with music. Come to one of the festival after-parties – admission to all concerts and DJ sets is free this year!
