On Tuesday, April 30, an entertaining and cultural program for all age groups will start in the capital of Hana. You can look forward to musical performances, attractions and competitions for young and old, refreshment stalls, a parade of masks, grilling sausages and of course the bonfire with the burning of the witch. The highlight of the evening will be a concert by the popular band Slza in the grounds of the Crown Fortress in Olomouc. A special Paw Patrol program with characters from the popular cartoon Paw Patrol and creative workshops is prepared for children.

Špilberk lives! Witches. That’s the name of the event that you will enjoy on Tuesday, April 30 at Brno Špilberk Castle, which is a magical landmark of the city. Come with the whole family or friends to experience an afternoon full of fun and good food. Anyone who wants can roast a patty on the fire, sing and dance, the children will have their fill of competition. Of course, you can arrive in costumes and masks, there are no limits to your imagination. A folklore ensemble will demonstrate its art, and at eight o’clock in the evening, the biggest bonfire in Brno will be lit above the city on the cannon bastion.

On Saturday, April 27, from 15:00 in the afternoon, a gathering of witches will begin at Silesian Ostrava Castle. In addition to them, you will meet many other mysterious creatures, magicians, warlocks and baby jags. In the castle courtyard, there will be a children’s disco, a carnival parade with the announcement of Miss Witch and Master Wizard, a witch school and a musical performance. In the Small Castle Hall, you can look forward to theater performances and creative workshops, and then a fire show will break out in the outdoor amphitheater. After dark, the border is lit. A number of kiosks and stalls with various goodies will be available for refreshments.

Right next to the bobsleigh track, in the Prosek district of Prague, there will be a witch program for the whole family on Tuesday, April 30.
