The Russians attacked energy infrastructure in three regions of Ukraine overnight. They damaged the equipment and at least one worker was injured. According to the media, Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko announced this today.

Kharkiv was once again the target of Russian rockets, where several explosions were heard, said the mayor of this second largest city in Ukraine, Ihor Terehov.

Russian missiles were aimed at energy facilities in the Dnepropetrovsk, Ivano-Frankivsk and Lviv regions, the RBK-Ukraine server reported with reference to the minister. “The device is damaged. The head of the shift was injured at one of the buildings,” said the minister. The Russians attacked four of DTEK’s thermal power plants, severely damaging them, the server added, citing the company’s statement. Energy workers are working to eliminate the damage.

One of the Russian missiles almost hit a hospital with 900 patients and 250 employees, the mayor added later, according to the Unian agency. Only one person suffered minor injuries. According to the Ukrainians, this was already the 170th attack on DTEK power plants since the beginning of the war.
