The current age parameters allow the owner of the apartment, especially in isolated locations, to live with him. The owner collects this fee for the poor German with the help of a pension and housing allowance and pension.

For example, in the north, it is not an exception that for an apartment of similar quality, Germans pay seven thousand kroner per month and twelve thousand in the next door.

The essence of the trade with poverty lies in the well-established system of paying housing tax, where the norms are not set regionally, but universally for the entire Czech Republic. This does not take into account the real cost of housing in individual regions.

And so it pays to buy a flat in the Steck region, where the real housing costs are high in debts and bills, and to move a socially weak person without income into it, so that the owner can get the house, Ji Kulhnek, the first deputy governor of the Steck region, explained to Lidovky.cz (ODS).
