The Bjarke Ingels Group won the competition for the Philharmonic in Prague

It was 115 dark in the competition. The construction is a part of the total transformation of the Bubny-Ztory locality, where the establishment of a new district and for 25,000 people is taking place. Discussions about the construction of a large concert service in Prague with parameters corresponding to the current needs of musicians and audiences have been going on for years.

The magistrate seeks to co-finance the new concert hall with the state and thus considers a private investor involved. The Vltava Philharmonic Orchestra should have three concerts for 1800 spectators, a chamber music room with a capacity of 500 seats and a multifunctional venue and other types of events with a capacity of 700 people.

The results were announced by representatives of the capital and its Institute of Fulfillment and Development
