The Czech studio Madfinger Games released the tactical action game Gray Zone Warfare in the early access program on Steam earlier this week. The initial numbers already indicated that the title was able to appeal to a large number of players. This impression was also confirmed by the developers themselves, who revealed on social networks that they played the game in the first 48 hours after its release bought by more than 400 thousand players.

Data from the SteamDB platform then reveals that over 66,000 users played the title at one point, which is a more than solid start for the new brand, which is also only available in early access. As has basically become the rule with Early Access games, so are the opening days were not without technical problems. It was the technical shortcomings that brought down the current rating of Gray Zone Warfare to a not dizzying 63%.

However, the developers are actively working on solving partial problems, so the optimization should gradually improve with the influx of new updates. In the future, the authors also do not rule out ports for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles, so we will definitely hear about Gray Zone Warfare in the future.
