HKCITY Collapse in the center of Hradec. A motorcycle accident with OA blocked traffic

HRADEC KRÁLOVÉ – While today’s traffic in Mileta was still solid after the partial closure, a complete collapse occurred in the center due to a traffic accident. At the important Strělecká/Gočárova intersection, a passenger vehicle collided with a motorcycle, the motorcyclist was injured in the accident. The incident happened during rush hour and blocked part of the intersection and Strělecká Street in the direction of Střelnica.

For example, the transport company informed about the accident.

“At 3:14 p.m., another traffic accident at the intersection near Anička. Strělecká Street in the direction of Hlavní nádraží is impassable for lines 1, 9, 15 and 24,” the traffic announcement said. Selected services traveling through this junction managed to create delays of up to 20 minutes.

“The firemen, together with the rescue service and the police, intervened in the accident in the center of Hradec Králové at the intersection near Anička. They dealt with a traffic accident involving a car and a motorcycle. Traffic was limited. The injured person was under the care of paramedics,” said the fire rescue service on the X network.

How the accident happened is the subject of a police investigation, the picture shows a damaged orange motorcycle and a dented front end of a gray car. In the background, rescuers intervene with the injured motorcyclist.

The accident was reported at 3:02 p.m. and since the rush hour was starting, Střelecká Street was impassable and the intersection was partially blocked, it created long lines of vehicles in nearby streets such as Gočárova třída, Karla IV. třída, Strělecká and V Lipkách.
