All components of the integrated rescue system went out on Wednesday, April 3, shortly after 8:30 in the morning, to a traffic accident involving a passenger vehicle and a truck. The D6 highway in the direction of Prague, around the 15th km near Velká Dobrá, where the collision occurred, had to be closed.

According to the investigation so far, according to the police, the traffic accident should have occurred in such a way that the driver of the Hyundai car probably fell asleep behind the wheel and the front part of the car crashed into the truck in front of him.

The highway in the direction of Prague had to be completely closed due to all the actions of the IZS units, but after about half an hour the traffic was cleared to one lane and the long convoys could slowly move on.

The driver of the passenger car escaped with minor injuries from the rather threatening-looking accident. The truck driver was not injured. Breath tests were negative for both participants.

The driver of the Hyundai crashed into the truck from behind on the D6. The highway had to be closed at Velká Dobrá

The exact cause of the traffic accident is the subject of further investigation by the Kladno traffic police.
