Three people died in a tragic accident: Milan and his wife did not return from the dentist, not even a foreigner survived

“All emergency services were there today (on Tuesday, editor’s note) in the afternoon sent to a traffic accident that happened in the cadastre of the Horná Kráľová municipality in the Šaľa district. For reasons that have not yet been determined, two vehicles, a Kia Sportage and an Opel Corsa, collided head-on,” the police said on Facebook.

According to preliminary findings, the 38-year-old foreigner Juryj H., who was driving a red Kia, should have driven in the opposite direction, where there was a head-on collision with the second car, in which the 66-year-old Ľubica P. and her husband Milan, four years older, were sitting. In addition to two ambulances, a helicopter also attended the scene. “After arriving at the scene, we found the death of three people. The injuries they suffered were incompatible with life,” Petra Klimešová, spokeswoman for the Emergency Medical Service, told TV JOJ.

Jaroslav Bennár, the mayor of the village of Hájske, where they lived, remembered the deceased couple. “They were easy-going people, there were no problems with them. They were both now retired and helping their daughter, who is a nurse, with the grandchildren. It’s hard for me to find words, it’s a big loss for everyone,” he told the newspaper Pluska.sk and specified that the couple were just returning from the dentist.
