A tragic accident on the railway corridor between Břeclav and Přerov stopped traffic shortly after noon on Saturday. The cause was a collision between a passenger train and a pedestrian in Moravské Písek in Hodonínsk. The train bound for Nedakonice and Staré Město did not arrive.

The collision occurred shortly after 1:00 p.m. at the railway crossing in Sportovní street in Moravské Písek. It was a passenger train on the Břeclav–Přerov line, the operation was stopped.
