Prague – Representatives of the government, trade unions and employers are going to discuss the situation in agriculture together this afternoon. The tripartite should also debate the setting of dual education in the Czech Republic. He also wants to establish his environmental team.
The Ministry of Agriculture prepared a twenty-page document for today’s meeting. In it, he describes the protests of farmers, the processing of subsidies and the situation on the market. This could also help with damage after the recent frosts. According to the material, this year’s budget counts on agricultural national subsidies in the amount of 2.5 billion crowns, of which 2.34 billion are to be used for non-investment support and the remaining 160 million for investments.
Dual education is supposed to combine school vocational training with practice. Employers have to participate in it. The Ministry of Education is preparing to modify the model in the school amendment. This is a setting. For example, the verification of eligibility to provide practical teaching or the possibility of payment is addressed.
An hour before the start of the tripartite meeting, its board should meet. The last time it held an extraordinary meeting was on April 24. Union and employer representatives then told journalists that the cabinet should present to them at today’s meeting selected measures from the set of 37 recommendations of the National Economic Council of the Government (NERV) to support the economy, which it wants to implement by the end of the election period. It could be about a dozen steps.
