For economic reasons, Pilulka has decided to leave its operations on the Austrian market, which will take over Vamida according to the agreement on strategic cooperation.

On April 16, 2024, the e-commerce company Pilulka announced through the press that it had concluded an agreement on strategic cooperation and a contract on the sale of activities in Austria with the company Vamida.

The agreement does not include the sale of the brand. The company attributes the sale to economic efficiency and did not provide detailed terms of the transaction.

The agreement marks the beginning of a promising partnership, which does not only concern commercial activities, but we plan to expand further cooperation in the field of purchasing and logistics, which is an industry in which the company has been cooperating for several yearscomments Petr Kasa.

Pressing the first report results for the year 2023, the company stated that Austria is the fastest growing market within the group, with revenues reaching 10 million kroner in the last quarter.

In the fall, the company informed about limited activities on the Maars market. In the last press release, Pilulka talks about leaving Maarska and now the website pilulka.hu is not working.

In May, the Pilulka company will announce the financial results for the past fiscal year together with a detailed analysis of the ongoing transformation of the group, including changes in its international expansion and the result for 1Q 2024.
