Do you want to spend the night at the Ferrari Museum in Maranello? Airbnb offers a bed next to winning formulas

The experience for ultra fans of the Italian car company is not only about spending the night in the museum, it also includes a number of unforgettable activities.

A few days ago, the well-known platform Airbnb, which mediates the rental of accommodation, launched a new project, Icons, thanks to which it is possible to get a stay in truly exceptional locations around the world. Among the properties available are, for example, the movie mansion of the X-Men from the Marvel comic book series or the house from the movie Purple Rain of the singer Prince. But for Ferrari fans, the Italian brand’s museum in Maranello is also on the list of accommodation.

A literal night at the museum will be hosted by former F1 driver, test driver and current Ferrari ambassador Marc Gené, who will take guests to the factory track in Fiorano in a Ferrari 296 GTB as part of the visit. Of course, the stay includes a private tour of the museum itself, as well as dinner at the Ristorante Cavallino restaurant, where Enzo Ferrari himself used to go, and finally VIP tickets to the backstage of the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix in Imola.

When it comes to sleep itself at the end of the day, guests may find it hard to close their eyes. The lucky ones will go to bed right in the museum, surrounded by the winning cars and a total of 110 trophies. In the room, a special circular bed has been prepared, of course, with red blankets and pillows, while the bedspread was made of the same leather as on the seats of Ferrari cars.

Unfortunately, getting an overnight stay at the Ferrari Museum is basically a lottery. Interested parties can apply for a reservation for free on Airbnb from May 6 to 8. The company randomly selects a potential pool of guests and selects the most suitable candidates from that pool. The selection will take into account the relationship of individual applicants to the Ferrari brand. At the same time, most of the unique locations from the Icons series are free, at most they will cost 100 dollars (about 2300 crowns).
