Shares of the pharmaceutical company Novavax are experiencing dramatic growth in the premarket of the American market. The company, which warned last year that falling sales of vaccines against covid-19 would hit the economy, negotiated an agreement on values and gave 1.4 billion dollars with the pharmaceutical company Sanofi. They have joint vaccination against covid-19 and microchip.
Stocks Novavax we see American stores strengthening in the premarket and without 150% to equal 11 dollars per share. In the last 12 months, shares have written off almost half of their value.
The two companies will work on a combined vaccination against covid-19 and the chip, according to Bloomberg. But the agreement is much ir. It includes a licensing agreement for joint commercialization of Novavax’s covid-19 vaccine and its “approved” use with Sanofi’s anti-chip vaccine. Sanofi made a 5% equity investment in Novavax. I have to pay 500 million dollars in advance, and invest 700 million dollars in the war. Starting in 2025, Sanofi has invested heavily in research, development and sales. At the same time, the transaction raises concerns about the generally declining sales of vaccines against the disease covid-19, but the combined vaccination is Sanofi’s name, Barclays analysts stated, according to which it is a message and an attractive French pharmaceutical manufacturer. Sanofi’s shares are only increasing by not more than one percent.
In its quarterly results, Novavax reported a loss of $1.05 per share, compared with a loss of $1.06 per share, and a loss of $3.41 per share a year ago. For the entire fiscal year after the first fiscal quarter, the company raised its forecast to USD 970 million and 1.17 billion from the previous USD 0.8 to 1.0 billion.
