He uses his daughter for promotion, drags her into his media outlets! Details of the trial of Prachar and Agatha

On Wednesday at midday, the District Court for Prague 6 began again hearing the dispute between Agáta Hanychová and Jakub Prachař. The two faced off in the same courtroom exactly one month ago. At that time, according to Expres, a new redistribution of alternating care was being addressed.

“Of course, the duster wants to spend more time with his daughter. Currently, they have an agreed rotation of three and four days, with the fact that they alternate every other week. But he needs alternate care seven to seven,” an Expres source said in February.

Hanychová later confirmed our information and stated that she wants to agree on everything with Prachar.

This time, only Hanychová arrived at the court, accompanied by her lawyer. The dustman did not come and only sent the defense attorney. The meeting lasted about thirty minutes. Neither of the mentioned pair has yet commented on the court and most likely that will not change.

From the official document that hung on the bulletin board in front of the courtroom, however, it follows what the meeting was primarily about. It’s no secret that Prachar has been strongly against his ex-wife sharing photos and videos with their daughter Mia for a long time.

“The father’s motion counters that the mother publishes photos and videos of their minor daughter on social media, uses the minor to promote services and products, and drags her into the media world and her public appearances,” it is written in the resolution, which is available to the editorial office of Expres.

Hanychová also has a similar dispute with her ex-boyfriend Jaromír Soukup, who, like Prachař, does not want Agáta to share photos of their daughter.

The model and influencer, who regularly violates the above-mentioned wishes of Soukup and Prachař, got really angry a few days ago because a photo of little Mia was shared on social media by Jakub’s father David Prachař.

“Then I can’t put Mia on Instagram. Long live the Czech courts,” wrote Hanychová a few days before Wednesday’s trial on stories, where she reshared Prachař’s post. But she didn’t add that Grandpa Prachar doesn’t make money from Mia.
