In a lawsuit in Los Angeles court, Emilio Garcia said that after a night spent in 2022 in Ibiza, he was in a car with Megan Thee Stallion, who began to enjoy sex with another woman, right next to him. However, he was not able to get out of a moving car, moreover, in the middle of a foreign country.
“I felt uncomfortable. I was kind of frozen and shocked. It was so audacious to do it right next to me,” Garcia told NBC News.
The rapper reportedly told Garcia not to talk about it anywhere the next day after the incident. In addition, she humiliated him during the trip, calling him fat. The complaint also alleges that Garcia was frequently overworked, in a hostile environment and underpaid. According to his statement, Megan Thee Stallion was possessive and abusive.
The singer’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, said that Garcia is trying to embarrass his client and that his allegations are outrageous. “This is an employment lawsuit for money — no sexual harassment lawsuit, just lewd allegations that try to embarrass her. We will solve everything in court,” said Spiro.
Garcia was released after four years. He then filed a job discrimination complaint. The lawsuit names Megan Pete, which is the American rapper’s real name, her companies Megan Thee Stallion Entertainment and Hot Girl Touring and her label Roc Nation as defendants. Garcia is seeking financial compensation for psychological harm.
