A shocking statement from a close friend of Kate! The Princess of Wales is going through hell

Princess Kate (42) was diagnosed with cancer. She announced the shocking news in a video released by Kensington Palace in March. The presence of cancer was noted in her body after extensive abdominal surgery, which she underwent in January, at the same time she announced that she was undergoing preventive chemotherapy.
