Where should a new school be built, where to reliably get information about events in the district or, on the contrary, what problems the locals are dealing with. This was also what the Kafe event at the office in Prague 10 was about.

“It’s a day for our citizens, you can see here several stations where officials are present according to individual fields – environment, territorial development, transport and so on, city councilors are present, locals come here and we solve problems with them here They have questionnaires, feeling maps here, and basically we are collecting suggestions and ideas on what could be improved on Desítka,” said Martin Valovič (ODS) – mayor of the Prague 10 municipal council.

“This site belongs to the Department of Culture of the Prague 10 district, and we are trying to get some ideas about what people would like or what they are interested in, and at the same time we want to get information about where people spend their free time and, possibly, do sports,” said Michal Schneider – project manager in the field of culture of the City of Prague 10.

“We are in the field of education, what people are most interested in and ask about is the capacity of primary and kindergarten schools established by the Prague 10 district and also what the district plans to do with these capacities in the future

At the event, visitors could take a closer look and personally discuss a number of other and some long-awaited projects with representatives of the town hall.

The event, which took place in the premises of the town hall, was held in a relaxed and friendly spirit. In addition to a lot of information, there was also coffee and other refreshments.
